For the transactions that you declare not to have been made by you, your objection must be submitted in writing to the relevant department. For loading / spending objections, you must fill in the transaction objection form on the link below and send it to fraud@erpapay.com. The form and the information and documents supporting your objection should be sent with the objection form. If deemed necessary, our related department may request additional documents / information for the disputed transactions.
